USE OF THE WEBSITE

You must be able to sign a binding contract with Skyhub Online legally.

You must read Terms & Conditions each time you use website because Skyhub Online reserves the right to change, modify or substitute terms and conditions now and again without notice.

Skyhub Online may change the data, pricing, privacy policies, inventory without any notification.

Skyhub Online provides the specific conditions, rules, and qualifications related to the travel inventory. Website usage is a confirmation that you accept and understand these conditions, rules and qualifications. If you do not agree to the terms of use, please do not use or book any reservations through this website and call our customer support team.

 

PRICES

The prices shown on Skyhub Online can be changed at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not apply to reservations which already confirmed.

Client should be aware that, some countries/cities can impose additional taxes (tourist tax, city tax etc), which have to be paid locally and client is responsible for paying such additional taxes.

Currency exchange rates generally change on daily basis depending on the market fluctuations. Skyhub Online reserves the right to update room rates displayed on the website depending on any market fluctuations.

Client shall be invoiced according to current prices at the time of online confirmation of booking.

Rates include applicable taxes. As Tourist tax, city tax, local taxes may not be included.

 

ROOM TYPES

Single consists of a room with one bed;

Twin consists of a room with two beds;

Double consists of a room with either one large bed for two people or two single beds;

There may be occasions when instead of a double bedded room a twin may be allocated or a double -bedded room instead of a twin.

Triple/Quad consists of a room with two beds accommodating up to 3-4 people.

Requests for rollaway beds and baby cots may result in additional charges payable directly to the hotel.

While all room type preferences are forwarded to the hotel, room allocation is done by the hotel and subject to availability at the time of check in

 

LATE CHECK IN

Client is responsible to inform our customer support team or direct hotel if traveller expected to arrive/check in hotel after 19:00 p.m.

 

EARLY CHECK OUT

In case of an early check out the refund is not guaranteed.

If hotel or supplier does not invoice to Skyhub Online, the refund may be claimed.

 

SPECIAL REQUEST

Smoking / non-smoking preferences, specific room types/ floors, double/ twin rooms' bedding types, early check-in, late check-out can not be guaranteed, they are subject to availability at the time of check in.

 

NAME OF PASSENGERS

The person who is making the booking must enter the correct full names of all passengers.

If the guest name has been entered as TBA or another abbreviation, hotel has the right to reject the booking.

 

GROUP BOOKING

Bookings are considered to be a “group booking” when there will be nine (9) or more pax.

Skyhub Online reserves the right to cancel any FIT booking over 9 rooms.

Should any such blocks be detected, Skyhub Online reserves the right to deny and cancel these bookings.

Client must send their group request via e-mails.

Prices quoted on the website are directly generated by the system. Client shall be invoiced according to current prices at the time of online confirmation of booking.

The guest must pay the hotel directly for baby cots, rollaway beds, resort fees, baggage fees, gratuities, meals and beverages, mini-bar snacks, shows, tours, tips, telephone calls, liquor, laundry, and other surcharges and purchases of a personal and/or supplementary nature which are not otherwise specified in the quoted rates or which are excluded from the price. All extra charges must be paid to hotel directly while check out process or at the time of confirmation.

A credit card or cash deposit may be required upon guests’ check-in at a hotel even if accommodation fee received by Skyhub Online.

Currency exchange rates generally change on daily basis and Skyhub Online reserves the right to update room rates depending on the currency fluctuations.

Any changes of currency exchange rate fluctuations will not affect the rates of an already confirmed booking.

 

RESERVATIONS

All bookings must be made online. It is your responsibility to check and make sure all reservation details which seen on the voucher/e-ticket are correct.

Policies relating to cancellations, changes, amendments, no shows, late or early arrivals, and similar situations are provided to you at the time of your purchase. You accept these policies by use of Skyhub Online besides at the time of confirmation.

There may be some restrictions and conditions of supplier such as minimum age restrictions, identification requirements. It is your responsibility to review the site and rules of suppliers which provided on the site.

Hotel descriptions and data are stated on the system are subject to change. Skyhub Online will make commercially reasonable effort to inform clients about changes.

The information stated on the Site relating to mapping and distances is provided for informational purposes only. This is not constituted a guarantee or warranty of location of the hotel.

 

ON REQUEST RESERVATIONS

Hotels seen as request button and bookings with on request status means that hotel does not have available allotment however customer support team will contact the hotel to check availability. In some cases the availability of hotel might change until you complete booking and status turns to "on request". In these both cases process is 48 hours.

 

RELOCATION

If supplier cancel booking due to cessation of operations of hotel, Skyhub Online will send notice to client via e-mail. Skyhub Online will also send notice to client a list of similar alternatives. Skyhub Online constantly tries to find hotels in intended area but this can change according to the the city, period and season (fairs, conferences can effect progress). B2B client has the sole responsibility to notify the client about cancellation of the booking and choose, book alternative accommodations.

Skyhub Online accepts no liability for any losses or extra costs that might occur as a result of re-location as this is completely beyond Skyhub Online's control.

Skyhub Online will not charge any cancellation fees for the cancellation of bookings due to cessation of operations or transfer to smilar property which listed by Skyhub Online.

 

COMPLAINTS

All issues that are not resolved during use of service, must be notified to Skyhub Online through e-mail. Client must obtain all of the documentation substantiating their complaint. All complaints must be notified to Skyhub Online within 21 days of the check out date. If you fail to submit documentation in a timely manner, Skyhub Online will not be liable to respond to the complaint.

A copy of the complaint must be also be submitted to and signed by the hotel manager.

Response times may change upon to case situation and other factors.

 

HOTEL INFORMATION, FACILITIES & STAR RATINGS & MAPPING LOCATIONS

Star ratings, mapping locations and other data provided on Skyhub Online, including photographs,descriptions and facilities are for your reference only.

Skyhub Online will make commercially reasonable effort to inform clients about changes.

This data generally provided by the actual supplier of the property. Skyhub Online does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of data information or omissions.

 

TOURS & TRANSFERS

Skyhub Online agrees to carry the end consumer by the services booked through Skyhub Online. Subject to these special Terms and Conditions of carriage and any special conditions applicable to the services booked.

B2B client/consumer has the responsibility to keep Skyhub Online informed and up to date on flight/train/boat arrival and departure times, and any other services that may be required will be organised based on the information that the client provides. If the information declared is incorrect, Skyhub Online will not assume any responsibility and may not be able to guarantee correct service.

Child r regulations differ across the world. B2b client shall verify those regulations in the destination of the end consumer’s transfer and act accordingly in order to avoid mishaps on the spot.

The service booked may only be used by the end consumer(s) named on the booking or for whom it has been purchased, and may not be transferred to or used by anyone else.

Booking requests for transfers must be made at least 48 hours before transfer time. Once the transfer booking is completed, a voucher with the reference number will be displayed on the screen. The voucher must be printed and presented as proof of booking. The end consumer shall check if this information is correct, otherwise client should be contact to Skyhub Online immediately.

The voucher will show all the information necessary to reach the boarding point and will also show a contact telephone number for checking the booking and informing about contingencies.

Consumer must take the voucher with him/her whenever he/she travels on a service, and must present the voucher for inspection when requested.

Skyhub Online advises the end consumer to request transfer service confirmation no less than 24 hours before service time.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the service.

B2B client is not allowed to make online changes for transfer service. It is mandatory to enter valid and accurate flight details at the time of booking since, it is not possible to amend. Skyhub Online will not assume any responsibility if the provided information is incorrect.

A no-show by the end consumer without prior notification shall be considered a cancellation and no refunds will be made.

In any case Skyhub Online will not be responsible for the passenger’s luggage.

End consumers are entitled to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage each. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. The service provider may charge a fee for any excess luggage.

Transfers and excursions prices quoted are per person per service.

 

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

We prefer that all cancellations and amendments are made on the website. If for exceptional reasons the cancellation or amendment is not made via the website, it must be sent via e-mail to Skyhub Online detailing the booking number. Skyhub Online shall send an acknowledgement of receipt and inform of all the charges, if any, which may be applicable.

Skyhub Online will not accept responsibility for any charges for cancellations made directly by the consumer with the hotel.

Cancellation policies, certain dates, may be change depending upon special event periods, peak season, early bird type. Hotels may forward different cancellation policies and client will be informed as soon as Skyhub Online received.

Any allocation which offers free nights or early bird discounts are liable to certain restrictions. (e.g. name changes, extensions, reduction of nights are not allowed .) (If the free night policy is about stay 4 pay 3 and client requested to reduce the nights from 4 to 3 nights, no refunds will be made due to free nights policy)

The nightly room rates vary from night to night, if pricebreakdown is available client is responsible to check it. This variability causes unequal nightly amount.

The nightly room rates might increase after a confirmed amendment, even if you decrease the number of nights. This might be either due to changes in currency exchange rates or promotions on the original booking date.

No refunds or exchanges will be made for any unused, complimentary components of inventory. No refunds will be provided for lost, destroyed or stolen documents or tickets. Skyhub Online reserves the right to determine whether to provide a refund for consumed service.

 

VISA SUPPORT

Skyhub Online will not be obliged to request any visa documents from the hotel for any bookings which have not been paid for in full.

The respond to your visa document from hotel, may not be guaranteed.

Skyhub Online has no control over any charges that a hotel may apply for visa support documents.

In the event that, hotel applies charges for visa support documents, client shall make the relevant payment directly to the hotel.

 

FLIGHTS

When you make a booking you must ensure the traveller name matches exactly the name as it appears in traveller's passport and please ensure your passport is valid for the duration of your trip.(Some destinations require your passport be valid for a certain length of time; in general, 6 months after completion of travel).You may also be required to obtain a visa for some destinations and it is your responsibility to do so.

If client books a return journey and does not use the outward flight, the airline may cancel the return flight without refund.

Additional charges may be imposed by some airlines for meals, luggage, preferred seat selection, etc. The information appears on website about additional charges are for information only. Skyhub Online is not responsible for such charges.

Baggage fees are subject to each airline’s policies,and you are responsible for payment of baggage fees directly to the airlines if required. Skyhub Online, has no control over the allocation of seats even if pre-booked with the airline, and does not guarantee that specific seats will be available on departure.

Changes and cancellations of air tickets can be made only if the supplier and specific air ticket rules permit the same. If a change increases the cost of your booking, you will need to pay such extra costs.

The client must comply with all air transport supplier's rules and restrictions on the carriage of pregnant women and on the carriage of children.

 

RENT A CAR

All rentals through Skyhub Online, are subject to the suppliers terms and conditions which are provided to you when you pick up the vehicle.

The driver must hold a valid driver's license and credit card for the vehicle. The driver's license and credit card must be the name of renter (who reserved the vehicle for her/his use)

Requests for specific features, equipments such as vehicle type, navigation, baby seats can be requested, but not guaranteed. If the requested feature is available, the payment will be made directly to supplier upon pick up.

Debit cards are not accepted. It's client's responsibility to check accepted credit cards by supplier. The Supplier may submit an authorisation request to the credit card company during the period of car hire by way of a deposit held by the supplier.

Client is responsible to check his/her credit card limit if it is suitable for payment. Also some larger car types require two credit cards. (It must be the name of renter)

Age restrictions can vary between suppliers and from country to country. It is the client's responsibility to check this information with supplier. Additional charges may also apply for out of determined age limits.

Fuel is not usually included in the hire tariff. For the hire of vehicles in some countries, some suppliers automatically add charges for filling the fuel tank when the vehicle is returned.

Additional charges may be payable locally such as refuelling, additional driver charges and young driver surcharge.

International rentals may have different driving license requirements. Client should check the rules and restrictions.of the criteria.

Skyhub Online reminds that some suppliers do not permit the rented vehicle to be used outside the country in which it has been rented.
